Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
This Agreement is between Launch It ("Recipient") and the applicant ("Discloser").
Recipient agrees to keep all disclosed information confidential, using it only to evaluate potential collaboration. Recipient will not copy, use, share, or disclose any disclosed idea or information to third parties without explicit consent.
Confidentiality does not apply if information is publicly available.
This Agreement remains effective indefinitely.
By submitting their application, the applicant agrees to these terms, ensuring their idea remains protected.
Launch It engagements are scoped to your stage and goals. Structured sprints start from $7,500; full build engagements typically range from $50,000–$150,000. We take on a limited number of founders at a time, and we only proceed where we're confident we can deliver a return on that investment.
